What is the current status of this wallet? Just initiated to the crypto world and have chosen this web based one. I made a transaction for which I am receiving funds into this wallet. Currently showing up in the blockchain website with 17 confirmations - no funds yet on my wallet. As per their support center: "Note that Coinapult waits for two blockchain confirmations before crediting incoming transactions." So, I have used the tool free number, not answering on weekends apparently. Trying to leave a voice message, not possible since voice mail is full.... If this wallet is about to become extinct, they should remove it from websites such as this one https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/web/

could it be that since we are on a weekend there is no customer support?
I called again several times, no one picks up. sent email, no answer
even joined their facebook page and sent a message (I know at least someone read it) but no reply.
Transaction has by now 52 confirmations, no trace of funds on my wallet

Do you have any transaction ID? can you share with us to check. and the address where you send and bitcoin address where your bitcoin from.. Never use this wallet but i find that there is similar issue the same as yours that i think until now not resolved check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1951111.0How many days you are waiting for their responds? If its just 1 day better to wait 1 week or more if its not responding and your issue still not solve i think they turn into scam.. I advice next time if you are lucky to get your bitcoin back transfer your bitcoin in well known wallet than using wallet which is not well known. .

Funds received after 12h.
Processed a withdrawal to another wallet and it was not immediate, payment was being processed. Difference here is that on the blockchain nothing appeared as being waiting confirmations.
Finally received the funds after 3h

I'm facing same issue. I did a transaction and the transaction is in processing mode from past 2-3 days. Nothing has changed yet. The transaction is not showing in block chain. I used Coinapult.com in June 2018 and it worked. Now it's not working. I'm able to receive the funds but no outbound transaction. Tried contacting them via email, support ticket, phone support, facebook page (some one read it but they didn't respond). I'm just worried that they don't turn into scam. I will be in huge trouble and loose my job. Any help or support will be highly appreciated

Saw this on their site UPDATE: Monday December 10 2018
Dear valued clients,
We are still experiencing issues and have temporarily paused the following services:
BTC buy conversions
DASH buy conversions
We are stil working hard to resolve these issues. Clients may still withdraw BTC, DASH and FIAT. Please be advised however that withdrawals may take longer than usual.
We thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Considering that the problem is still haven't fixed up until now, I'm assuming that their "longer than usual" could take a week or more which I hope not. In any case, staying with them is not advisable because of the support's condition. Problems are bound to exist in any services, we just don't know if it will hit us or nah, hence why it's scary to think that lots of effort and time are required in order to get ahold of their support.

I personally believe any exchange connected to Cryptocapital is insolvent, including Coinapult. You'll probably never get your BTC back. Sorry to say this but you should be prepared to lose your coins. Considering that the problem is still haven't fixed up until now, I'm assuming that their "longer than usual" could take a week or more which I hope not.

I'm not using their BTC to XYZ conversion from them. I'm just using plain BTC transfers. It's been a month waiting and no response from their end. The transactions are still stuck in processing mode. Tried sending so many emails, but no response from them. I'm very worried about this and there seems to be nothing I can do. I'm just worried that they don't turn into scam. I will be in huge trouble and loose my job.

Hi, do you have something new with Coinapult?
I have the same problem with them. I am waiting about 2 weeks now and my BTC withdraw is still processing. And I can't find this transaction on blockchain.

Did they give you a TXID? If you had looked it up in multiple block explorers (blockchair, btc.com, chain.so etc...), it's probably because they haven't broadcasted the transaction yet. Do you mind posting it here? no txid means they haven't initiated anything

They gave mi Transaction ID, but it can't be found in blockchain explorer. How is this possible? May be they gave me fake Transaction ID?

They can always generate a transaction (with TXID) without broadcasting it, and if it isn't broadcasted it will never be confirmed as it won't show up in the mempool which explains why you're not seeing it in any block explorer. It's not exactly a bad thing as it's a process when spending from a cold storage. So assuming that coinapult isn't pulling an exit-scam. I'm thinking that your transaction is still in queue waiting to be broadcasted. Your biggest problem is reaching out to their support team 'cause it seems dead. Wishing you luck! also if it isn't a bother, it would be great if you can give us updates.

If they pre-generated the txid they shouldn't forward it to the user but actually leave the withdrawal status at pending or something. I have never seen a service that I use forward me a txid that hasn't been broadcasted to the network. Makes little sense in my book. It only causes unnecessary confusion. I am waiting about 2 weeks now and my BTC withdraw is still processing. And I can't find this transaction on blockchain.
It's definitely a shady practice in this case. The user is waiting for two weeks now with a "non" broadcasted txid reeks of scam. I hope I'm wrong and OP will be getting his money, but I don't have much faith in a good outcome unfortunately.

I've never actually experienced it but I've seen a few similar cases here, like this one for example Coinbase pending transaction - No transaction found with the hashDefinitely agreeing with the confusion part but there's also the possibility that it was not intentional and was just a result of their faulty system. In any case, it doesn't make the situation any better.

Thank you for your answers. I am still waiting. I will give a update here. One more question... Has someone recently made a BTC withdrawal from Coinapult? If yes, succesfully or not?
