Account locked because my password was changed???

My account is locked, I don't know the exact reason but I've changed password and was using a different browser.
A white screen appears when I try to login and it asks to send a mail to acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com
I have sent a mail few days back but no reply from them.

Is it your account? The email seems to have been changed not the password. Maybe it was locked via email as a lock option is sent to the original as a security precaution.

Here in the log you can see that my account password was changed! Yes that was me

I'm sorry but I don't have any staked BTC address to sign. Is there any other way to recover it? Maybe I can send an email from the linked email to prove that I'm the real owner.
