Hello guys I have a question for my mini mining rig.
I recently build a rig which consist of these parts:
cpu: intel 3930
Motherboard: Asus z270-A
PSU: EVGA 750w bronze
RAM: Hyperx fury 4gb
STORAGE: samsung 128gb ssd
GPU: 2 MSI nvidia gtx 1060 6gb and 1 ZOTAC nvidia gtx 1060 6gb

MSI 1060(riser connected to 16x): 1 PSU to VGA cable for riser and video card
MSI 1060(riser connected to 16x): 1 PSU to VGA cable for video card and 1 PSU to SATA cable for riser(HDMI connected to screen)
ZOTAC 1060(riser connected to 1x): 1 PSU to VGA cable for video card and 1 PSU to SATA cable for riser

The power limit for GPU3(which I think is the ZOTAC one) starts going from min to max when the miner isnt running, and when it is running, the gpu power % stays stable at around 87-86.
SO my question is, is this safe if I run it 24/7 while that power limit jumps up and down from min to max?, what could be the potential hazard? and is there a fix to this? My thoughts are that my 750w is not able to support the 3 cards but I could be wrong. if anyone could give me some tips, would greatly appreciate it! thank you
