False proxy in electrum

Hi, I've not discovered America, because it was reported many times^{0 1 2} that proxy does not work correctly in Electrum client. From my quick research only plain TCP is getting proxied, all the rest - not.

The situation is extremely dangerous, as selecting proxy, you may feel safe, and leak information about your IP.

In my opinion proxy config should be removed from Electrum until it is fixed. Users should be advised to use tsocks or similar tool instead of.
