Yes you can say NEO will be next ethereum. Neo is first digital currency developed by china against use of ethereum and having more future than other digital currency and this factor is responsible for its price hike.

If you plan to invest in a long term, it's better to invest in NEO. I would advise investing in ETH only until the end of the year.

I think the Ethereum will be the clear winner. Ethereum has an impenent potential and a great team. And beyond that a long experience in the market. Neo will not have a chance.

NEO has a strong support from Chinese Government and large investors, but I think they need to put in marketing because they are developing in isolation, supporting mainly chinese projects, if they want to get a bigger audience, they need to scale. |

At any day I will choos ethereum over neo. neo got a lot of hype in its initial days. But it has not shown any promise till now.. On the other hand, Eth has such a nice platform and good technology.
