In my point of view, both coins are good. Both have great profitability potential and that Neo is the Chinese version of Ethereum. ETH definitely, But should also consider that NEO is the Ethereum of China, and once china enables ICO or prioritize NEO, it would be unstoppable. Also its supply is very less compare to ETH, but ETH currently ruling ICO, and therefore more and more supports goes towards ETH rather than its counterpart NEO.
