I withdraw btc over 01 month...still not confirm, please help me
For a fast transaction, the fee should have been about 10 times higher.
You can try a CPFP (Child Pays For Parent) transaction: send your 0.5 BTC to one of your own addresses, and pay a fee high enough to pay for both transactions.
I think 0.003 BTC fee will be enough to put both around 400 sat/byte total.
It will depend on your wallet whether or not you can select that unconfirmed input.I've managed to add your transaction to
ViaBTC's acceleration queue. It should confirm within a few hours. Just wait, don't do anything else.
