Hello everybody, i am looking to buy an Antminer S9 or L3+ . can you tell me where can i find them? to be at a reasonable price , i see on amazon and ebay that they are at 4500 euro. in my opinion is expensive in this case at 4500 euro on mining bitcoin you get your money back in 6 mounts if the bitcoin mining difficulty remain the same i look over https://antminersshop.com/ and i found on youtube someone that have a review that he didn't receive the product ( SCAMMER ) https://bitminerstore.net/index.php?route=common/home they also have the products but the reviews on Antminer S9 14 th/s look so fake, i don't trust them https://antshopeu.com/index.php?route=common/home have tho products at a good price but looks to good to be true did someone buy from somewhere else in Europe ?? |

I highly suggest not looking at web stores for any miner as most of them are scams. Avalon has listed registered resellers so they are a different story, but Bitmain does not have anything like that and it is safe to assume all webstores claiming to sell Antminers are scams. Besides ordering direct, your best bet is buying from this forum, eBay, or Amazon.

Getting an antminer from China is the most affordable and most logical right now, I think, because you were in a hurry, you chose to buy from a nearby geographical location. I do not recommend buying used devices, their performance is low.

i look over Alibaba and found some good prices but i don't know if the product is ok or not, if the seller is on or a scammer ...

The price is not right. It's selling $2,300 at the antminer's website preorder and Alibaba is sell $850 to $950. Since you have to contact the seller to buy it, It's either the price will stay low which is another "too good to be true" offer (red flag) or it'll be high like what we see on amazon etc..The point is, whatever the result is, it's not recommendable unless you'll be using alibaba's escrow or the seller is offering reversible payment methods such as paypal etc. I've seen enough post of "I've been scammed in alibaba when I bought X miner" to stay away with it. did you buy from China? from where exactly (site) ?

Pay with any reversible payment method e.g. paypal so you can easily issue a refund. It's not the most accurate way of determining if the seller is legit or not but at least your money is safe. |
