selling btc at a bitcoin atm with electrum?

hello there, does anybody know if I can use the electrum wallet on my phone to sell bitcoins for cash at an atm? i am based in vancouver so I would use the vancouver atm. If not how would I do it? is there any other wallet which would work? thank you.
