The service is not operating, transactions never appear in the cabinet, API is not providing addresses for payments for 12 hrs already, few tens of ETH are lost so far...
No info from support. Their support form even doesn't seem to work

Maybe this could be just a tmporary issue with their website because every exchanges is overwhelming with lots of users and transaction but there are not enough team to handle the new users so many exchanges shut down the registrations already.
I hope you will get the reply soon from the team because there are many people facing the same problems so they need to resposne the each and every person.

But they should not answer every person -- they can just put info on their site if the issue is common. Instead, they just noticed on their facebook about the issue way later it's started to make problems, so we had no time to implement any failover solution of the problem.
Now 8-12 hrs old transactions are starting to appear (with incorrect payment addresses BTW), but it's obvious that many of them are just lost because the users failed to get payment address.
