It's an app medic coin released that you install and keep it open while you walk. For that it pays you a certain amount of coins. The app is working only in a few countries atm, but they will expand

to be honest I am still a little confused. after watching the video I have came to the convolution that its a app that will help you to morning walk or something like that...am I right or not?

It counts steps, 100 steps = 1 medic walk point as I know so far. We all are waiting for the stable release on app store.
