Hi. Anyone knows what’s the average response time of Cryptopia’s service support? I made a mistake and deposited on my account through ETH, but then I realized they don’t support smart contracts. The address is correct, so they did receive the money, but it doesn’t appear on my balance. I submitted a ticket 11 days ago, and insisted a couple of times after that on the same ticket, but still no reply. It would be really nice if they solve this problem soon to be able to buy coins during the current global dip.

Thanks

I had an answer within one or two days with another issue. I think, they will solve your problem in the next days. Luckily you didn't send your ETH to yobit. They denied to help people with wrong sent ETH, as I remember right. But cryptopia had always a quite good support so you should get back your funds.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve read good comments about their support service, so I trust that they will credit my funds. The thing is that it’s been more than 10 days and I want to buy coins now that the prices are very cheap. Don’t think I’ll make it, unless they reply soon.

14 days and still counting, anyway the delay is supposed to be 12 days as they let us know in the user support info when you submit a ticket...
Not great so far, was pretty happy with their ltc market but those days seem to be gone for good...

Every exchange have poor support for their customers,it needs some weeks to get a response from the support team.So we need more exchanges in the future to control the over population on exchanges. But there is no other choice for you other than waiting to get a response from them
