I would like to borrow bitqy or bitconnect with ethereum as collateral. I am also willing to provide my ID. I would like to borrow as much as I can.

Please let me know how much are you willing to lend and what is the interest you require.

Alternatively could you please advise where can I borrow any altcoin for BTC or ETH or USD collateral?
