Binance registration is opened everyday and everyone can try it. It's just that I think they are only allowing limited numbers of registration on daily basis so it's a must that you check them regularly.

Poor guys that will try to earned instant money for deceiving people.

Be careful, Binance might be looking into this thread because buy and sell Binance account is forbidden and they will freeze and disable all Binance accounts that are identified as being bought/sold as written in this page :

How can you sell an account at an exchange? Do you sell the email address as well?

To those that are reading and interested in this thread (mostly newbies to crypto I presume), do take note of the following before you decide:
1. It is officially prohibited by Binance to sell accounts (link was given by previous chat)
2. Binance has limited registration everyday, you can take your time to check it out daily.
3. There are a lot of other exchanges to use and Etherdelta does not need registration as long as you have your ETH private & public keys.

Looking at the above, if you still think either 0.5 ETH or even 0.1 ETH is worth for a Binance account then please go ahead.
