Why are you stopping your miner. Even if the Wallet does not sync the proceeds are received there.

I changed bitcoins to Curium(CRU) on stockx.exchange some days ago.
Now I want to send them to my PC wallet, but always receive a withdrawal error.
First time, support told the address was wrong.
Did this again, checked the address, it is the address the latest windows wallet program gave me. (version 1.12.0.60)

Does anyone know what can be wrong?  Huh
