I currently have 2 antminer l3+.... looking for more hashpower, does anyone have any links to any manufacturers that are planning or ALREADY have 1TH/s -2TH/s SCRYPT machines?   or Gighash I guess lol

or if they don't yet, let me know any thoughts on when this may happen and who would be making them, thanks

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I heard a lot about Gigahash but nothing more than rumours. Perhaps Bitmain coming up with a newer/better model? But then they are still selling l3+ promising March shipment. Maybe mid year?

The Innosilicon A6 can do 1.23Gh/s

http://www.innosilicon.com/html/a6-miner/index.html

But, minimum order quantity is 50 and I personally feel it's overpriced based on current revenue potential.  But, you asked what is available that can do more than a Gigahash, and this is the only device I'm aware of.  Also keep in mind it's really nothing more than two A4+ paired together on a single controller so maybe that's cheating to say it's a "single device" that can do more than a gighash :-)
