Would appreciate suggestion for Best Mining Pool for Alt Coins and reasons why you believe the suggested pool is better than others.

If you're still learning, nicehash is a good place to park while you research.
When you're experimenting, miningpoolhub is also good.
Auto convert, or let's you keep the coins you mine.
You can also do manual payouts.

If you want to stay away from the traditional middleman that is nicehash, i suggest you take a look at Nanopool. Their software website and pool is pretty straightforward to use and they even can autogenerate a config file for you. The best thing about nanopool i believe is the simple and easy to understand monitoring interface. The chart is very straightforward and you can even get notifications via email.
