Well, weather it is $60 or $70, that doesn't matter a lot to me at this moment. To prove my experience and knowledge is enough to me, and yeah, as a reward $60 would be enough. My main aim is to prove that I can also give my contribution to this community, and that might be helpful for some of the members of the forum.

It's a good thing that you are interested in the offer, I appreciate you actually taking it into consideration instead of blowing past it like most users in your position so arrogantly would have. I'd like also to rent my space for avatar and signature I just want to know this to people who want to buy it pointless if I open my own thread so here I am hoping someone to accept my proposal I'd never been to any signature campaign lately and having a hard time to catch those signature campaign because of time difference in our country so maybe just maybe someone might be interested to my offer just sent me a PM of what do I need to do and the pay for this said job offer.
If you were truly sorry you wouldn't have made the conscious decision to do something you know you would need to apologize for. The apology itself shows that you know this kind of behavior is unacceptable and still you proceed to the rest of your post, amazing. The time difference in your country has absolutely nothing to do with your likelihood of being selected for any particular campaign, besides campaigns that are first-come-first-serve and in which the campaign manager happens to post the thread based on their own personal time availability, which would be heavily influenced by their own timezone. That's a pretty slim margin of the opportunities to join a campaign and almost is never the contingency upon which you are barred from joining any campaign.
Let me offer you this, if you are unable to join any campaign and are subjected to begging for any compensation on your posts in another user's thread where they are pan-handling in a similar manner, could it maybe be that you are the type of user that does things they know they must apologize for in advance, cannot stand beside their own posts and posts inadequate/unhelpful things such as this?
You sound hopeful that somebody may be interested in your offer, yet you fail to lay out an offer. I will offer you $0.50/month to follow the same criteria I've laid out for OP.
