Hello bitcointalk,

I am new in crypto currency, it's been 2 months I started looking around like every one see the boom with bitcoin and my friends came to me asking for help to setup ASIC mining farm. So as a good friend I accepted and shave been reading a lot. I start to discover the altcoins world, gpu mining, learning gpu overclocking, a great community etc... And found it a lot of fun even if I had some frustration. That's why I am going to talk now, in my daily job I am an IT Architect/Sysadmin so design/sizing, deploying, managing servers its my daily routine. Right now, I have been frustrated by mining pool that gets laggy, stop working, mining all night and finding empty wallet on the morning. And I though I am probably not alone If I am you can tell me lol Smiley.  Not baching because I know that their could be a lot of reason why something can go down or not as expected.

So I have googled to find how I could run my own mining pool, I have found 2 projects that seems interesting MPOS, YIIMP and I would like to have some constructive advice about those or about other mining pool project that are running well. I would like to set up a reliable mining pool setup, using resources and knowledge that I could have access for the community and build a great community.

Going to sleep, tomorrow I'll start messing around building linux server for both platform.

Thank you for your help,
