www.coinee.me ? This is a project that makes sense to me. Worldwide there are many exchange offices where you can change cash from one currency to another, OK, so how do you connect this exchanges to online world via blockchain, send money throughout them (aka the Western Union), change money in-app and only get cash after reading QR code, or buy cryptocurrencies for fiat? There are lots of ICOs, 80% of the project cannot tell on their homepage what they do, but this is genial.
