Please be warned against this potential scam exchange.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2756085.0

My withdrawal id 587/589 were pending for a month and received no reply from Twitter/dm/email.

  • Multiple users reported no withdrawal
  • No functioning support email
  • Tweets asking for help constantly got deleted
  • No reply from poster since December 2017

Please process the withdrawal should koinbi devs see this message.

Related accusation from other users. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2750149.0

Hey cknkev,

My experience is similar - can't withdraw, no way to communicate, etc.

I already started few threads and whenever I see anybody advertising Koinbi, I post my experience wherever they post their promotion.

But I'm thinking it's not enough. I'll put a note into my signature so all my messages indicate Koinbi as a scam.
We need to spread the word, otherwise some newbies may fall into this trap.

My threads:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2754238.new#new

Beware of scam:
- Koinbi.com exchange. Fake exchange rates, withdrawals don't work, no way to contact support.

Their support emails bounce back as undeliverable so I would avoid at all cost.

Unfortunately, there is no way that they get banned.

Also the thread in the OP has already been taken off which is a huge worry. I really don't see koinbi.com coming back or becoming legitimate any time soon. Scammers will remain to be scammers, they never show any remorse.

The most common issue people seem to have with them is the withdrawals stuck at being "almost done".

Still, i'm not sure why anyone would even consider to use them. They don't offer anything that legit exchanges don't offer atm.

I just tried to access the exchange to check my status, and the website is currently offline. Hopefully they have been blocked.
