I think the best ripple coin, by looking at its current development is good enough for now.

For me its ethereum because the demand of people is into ETH, so that its value is increasing. Then many people are holding ETH because they strong belief about this altcoin to grow and possible to get more profit. Beside right now it is rising again its value,also to those doing trading this is your chance to trade because in the market ethereum is rising continuously.
