I am new with Bitcoin and I wonder How difficult is it to make a Bitcoin payment?

Not at all.
e.g. if you have wallet installed on your cellphone you just scan the QR code (receiver address), doublecheck it (including the amount you are going to send) and hit send button.

Bitcoin payments simply easy, but you must should be careful. transaction cant be canceled.
