Hi All,

New here and learning.  I would like to convert my current PC motherboard to mining ( Gigabyte Z370 HD3) as I cant find a mining specific mother board at the moment as they are all on back order.
Is this board suitable for mining.
Do I need to upgrade the bios as there are no options in current Bios for mining.

Thanks

Not tested yet but I think there will be no problem because there are 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16, 3 x PCI Express x1 slots.
You can run 6 cards with this motherboard.

Even the 'mining' boards really dont have anything special in the BIOS. Just look at tutorials for setting the BIOS up on other boards and you should be able to figure out what settings specific to your board you will need.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

czedd - did you start working on this yet?
I'm curious how it goes...I've got one of these too.  Grin
