So I know investing in ICO's are risky. Sent money to Propthereum ICO and in their Whitepaper it stated that if they didn't reach their cap that they would refund or list coin for trade. The ICO was over in December and they were supposed to make an announcement on January 15, 2018. Today is here and now they changed their website to read that they will make an announcement on January 22, 2018. Not happy and would like my investment back. Anyone else feel the same way ?
