After the work prioritary on the new trading engine :
1) verifing account
2) advanced order : at less the stop loss to respect what you say on your site and help trader to limit their lost
3) Give all value we can trade on kraken in cryptowatch
If it's possible, give full access to our customer with more than 15$ to cryptowatch .... If i understand well it's paying for stranger, i found strange to pay 15$ more the fee i give to use cryptowatch ...
4) indicate at less :

5) why not think about poll about new value ? not as an order to ... but just to have our customer thinking about.
6) You have a big community, and have for this time too much support asking, but i think the big majority is really simple, so why don't make a topic here "easy kraken support" where member of comunity try to answer to new customer ?
With this way you would have much less noise and could focus on the real problems.
Perhaps, make a game where 1 off the best helper win a month free fee for exemple by lottery draw.
7) you don't have app for android, krakapi seem to be really good .... I think or you must do one for android, or make a partnership with this who make krakapi
