Buy DOGE or LTC with payoneer at 130$

I need to buy litecoin LTC or DOGE using my payoneer money.

But i would like to buy the lower commision coin please.

And in order for me not to being scammed i need to make sure that this guy that want to sell it for me is an honest guy.

If you want to know why i want to buy this coins its because i want to invest in the new SAT coin.
And the lowest price for SAT is 100$ investment.
