How about you link the the official write up from Neo stating they're adopting another coin. If you can't then it sounds like someone just wants to use the success of another coin to pump their own coin and make a quick buck.

A new coin to the moon? Probably not within a few months. There will be a bunch of coins that you can purchase that will give you the same return with nobody calling you a scammer.
