You're going to need to be more trustworthy than the negative trust you currently have in order for someone to give you the $8 BTC you are requesting. The problem you will find when dealing with PayPal to Bitcoin conversion is that the person paying through PayPal will have the ability to charge back the transaction while the person dealing in Bitcoin will not be able to do so. Therefore, it requires a certain level of trust on the side of the seller to make sure he won't get scammed. Furthermore, another problem is that $8 is a very small amount. The seller would likely be paying many times that just in transaction fees. To fix the latter problem, I recommend you look to buy a different cryptocurrency first and then exchange it for Bitcoin to avoid the transaction fees. Note that you would still have to pay these to move your bitcoins away from the exchange.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.
