I sent myself some bitcoins off of my ledger nano ass using their app and sent them to myself using tails and electrum wallet, when i did this it never accepted the bitcoins so i just assumed if it wouldnt send the transaction would cancel. I came back and checked and the transaction was confirmed and i haven't recieved these bitcoins and won't be able to. Here is the link to the info on the transaction https://blockexplorer.com/tx/df0890bc889b792aca822dc2c4a21c6c354ab321f25d6da4bc6404dc15ccdb44
Whatever advice I can get will be super helpful

Your Bitcoin isn't going anywhere, thus you can't "not receive it". This also raises the question: What makes you think you won't be able to *receive them*?

Your transaction has been confirmed, so you have successfully sent (and, since the recipient address was your own, received) the bitcoins. You don't need to 'accept' them. To spend them, you just need the private key associated with the address.
