Hey guys,

Currently I'm really worried about the exchange I have been using. I have over 80 LTC stuck in CoinExchange for over a week.

- Their support says they're too busy and have thousands of support tickets to handle with.
- Their Twitter is getting bombed with people having the same issues
- One withdrawal shows a TXID of 4 and I have never received the coins.
- The other LTC withdrawal says: 'pending email confirmation' but I have never received a confirmation email.

Anyone has good experiences with CoinExchange and its support? Do I need to be worried?

Please, tell me what you guys think. All my cryptocurrencies are currently in their hands...

I've seen reports of people getting their transactions through after a while, but others are still waiting.
Don't bombard their support with multiple tickets, re-check your spam folder in case the confirmation mail went there. Not much else you can really do, except not keep your coins on an exchange, but hindsight 20/20, right?

Next time, post this in the Scam Accusations section:
