Best of luck with whatever you needed it for. If you have a way of transferring $20 like Bank transfer, Amazon voucher etc. you could try trading in the currency exchange section of the forum.

I think it is even quite hard to get a loan for well respected members of this forum. So you probably don't have a chance. There is to much scammers around here.
