I think we need to hold today because th price of some or every coin is really very low because we are noe on a huge dip. And i think selling on dip can really give as a huge lose. Holding and selling really spend on the current price of the coin we need to become more temperate and moderatien regarding through buy and selling.

Depends on your coin to be honest. You should just invest in it properly. If the coins are Paragon, Stellar and Cardano them you can always hold them for some time and then sell when it rises.
