At this point, the hold may be better for you. I also choose hold and I believe that is the right choice at this time.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

It is best to keep them, until they grow to the price you need, because the market should soon recover!

Currently a cryptographic circumstance, I believe that at the moment this is the ideal situation for your crypto resources.

At the moment, the ideal situation for investment. And a very bad situation for the sale of their coins and tokens.

Hold or sell is a personal decision that has to be made by an individual. In the cryptocurrency space, there are no promises and no guarantees. It's best to sell when you are not ready for a long term hold due to the bearish trend of the market. Holding long-term could be rewarding, but anything can happen.

Make research for price movements in the market, prices will always move up and down. Prepare yourself to buy when the price falls and when there is movement to increase you can sell it.

At present, there is a situation when the market has come so low that it makes no sense to sell coins and fix losses. I keep and will keep the coins that form my portfolio today. It's my opinion.

I think that you can sell coins only at a profit. That's why we came to the crypto currency. To sell coins is profitable at a time when the market is going up.

There is no point in selling now. At least I won't sell my coins. but I think the price on the market is slowly recovering, I think it's better now to hold your coin in a few months, I recommend waiting until the price is fully recovered to sell your coins to get a profit later.

Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?

Now the market is very difficult, the price just stays in place, and nobody helps. This may be market manipulation or maybe not, therefore, the best solution now is not to do anything with your token. So, I didn't do anything with coins and tokens, I chose to keep quiet while watching the market situation carefully.

Not all coins are worth holding for long term. This is the major reason why you must study about the coin and its performance on the market before setting goals for it. For some coins, it is very obvious to predict its span on the market the first time of encountering.
Aside this, holding is a good concept for making good profits in crypto.

Honestly, I feel sad to hear that you have a big loss. I hope, hopefully you can get the benefits as quickly as possible to recover your losses today.
I hold a coin at this time, and this condition is normal in trading. I am sure that the market will recover, and again rise stronger.

Look at the situation with scrutiny, only then can you decide to hold or sell when participating in bitcoin depends on their time and price on the market. If the price of bitcoin increases then sales are reduced. At present, the price of bitcoin is 4 times higher than the previous one, and this should suit your business and all of us.

This kind of situation makes many people not to sell on the market, unless there is a need for you to do it. The bear market makes everything seem hopeless, but don't be fooled by this, the bull run will come unexpectedly soon. You have to move quickly, or you will be left behind at the party.

My advice, you have to hold your coin as long as possible, because surely one day the price of the altcoin will increase again. This will benefit you, so the key is to be patient and hope for the best. But that is only my suggestion, everything is back to you, because that is your right to vote.

Well, in my opinion, you should hold and wait while this would be more reasonable. The market is falling sharply, so selling in this time is not recommended.

I think that now you should not give up, because the market will not go even lower, that is, you will sell those your coins at the lowest price that is only possible! I would just wait for the growth of the market, which is bound to be.

my advice, when you are in doubt with the condition that you think is a loss, then sell all the crypto assets you have and switch to another coin that has a price stability that is easy to analyze, for example like ethereum, because in ethereum trade I do using short-term strategies to avoid losses.

Xrp is not a good coins for me, because it is manipulated by the manipulators which is the whale investors. But Xlm or lumens is a good coins I could compare to xrp, so your doing the right things in terms of holding coins so far. But I suggest you to hold Utk and pundix too.
