How do I extract the private keys from a wallet.dat file of an old version of bitcoin (0.3.24) -- I believe this version  doesn't encrypt the wallet so are the keys viewable using a plain text editor ?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.
