What do you think about Savior Investments?

I recently read bounty threads and came to Savior Investments ICO

What do you guys think about this ICO? What I have read and understood from their website is that they are raising funds to reinvest into different projects which will give back at least 10% monthly profit and they will share the dividend with the investors.

The positive side is that they do not transfer the raised money from the smart contract to a private wallet like the most ICOs do. That is why they can provide any refund during ICO.
