One lowest market cap is NIMFAMONEY, this one really has a limited token as their ICO was failed and didn't reach the soft-cap though the developer and CEO still continue the project and now that they launched their platform people are eager to have the token and it really pumped the market price.

CAPP and IXT are long-term tokens that can be aimed 30-50 times
Both are promoting business with famous enterprises (Genre / Nvidia), the development is also smooth, there are also points that are not blessed with exchanges.

These tokens are leaving the most wide range.

Low cap coins have "High risk and High profits" status. These coins can give you far better return than top 10 coins. However, it can also make you rich in just a few days. Some of the low cap coins in which I believe and HODL are is IDH, APPC,  Spectre, and  Eidoo.

You've given promising coins but still undervalued because they're new in the market.
Those coins should be hold for long-term, if you plan to as once they completed their roadmap it's gonna be a huge one so better not to left out for these.

I would not hesitate to invest this money in our beloved bitcoin, because today it falls in price and you just have to wait for the trend to change the other way and have time to buy bitcoin at the bottom. Then, of course, you will receive large deposits.

If you are happy to go all-in on just a single choice, I'd be going with Safex.  At a couple of cents each at present, 2018 will be the breakout year for this coin, as they move onto their own blockchain and launch the anonymous marketplace.

If you wanted to spread the investment over a couple of cheapies, then I'd go $15k into Safex and $2.5k each into HTML and PACcoin (soon to be $PAC).

Lots going on in all three and very active devs.

SAFEX are moving into their new offices in Belgrade as we speak, about to list on NEXT.Exchange later this month (and another exchange is also being whispered)

PACcoin/$PAC is a relaunch with new devs.

HTML also has great potential.
