I sent in a accident from binance btc to my bitstamp bch addres,are the coins lost or is it possible that bitstamp exchange can fix my coins ?.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Coins don't get lost, you can check https://blockdozer.com/ to see if they were moved again.
That being said: Bitstamp has the private key, and it will be entirely up to them whether or not they recover this for you. Some exchanges do, some don't. It might also depend on the amount you sent.
You should send a message to their support and ask.

Yes i send a email,i hope they respons,it was 1500€ :/
