Now we waited long enough for a response from octaex and without a response from them we have come to the conclusion that the Exchange is most likely a scam and we must inform you all of this information and where we stand

LitecoinZ, as all other coins, is also not responsible for anybody's cryptocurrency. Only the holders are responsible for their own cryptocurrency.

LTZ first exchange met a scam, not lucky. Hope the development team and the community are not discouraged. Trying to! bright future still ahead.

This is a softfork, not an hard fork, so you need only to upgrade to latest version available very soon.

You need another Scam exchange? maybe better to wait when the project will gain a bit of strength and then to perform a good listing on the stock exchange? Now the new exchanges are very high risk, is it worth the hurry.
