I think this is really very good time for buy because all altcoin are so deep and bitcoin is really very discounted price. Market is deep because of so many countries have some bad news well I think it can be recover soon. In India when zibpay declared that he could stop fiat withdrawal and deposit in their exchange according to RBI circular people start panic sell even they sell their Bitcoin below from exchange rate. This is really panic sell. But now it's start recover. So I think this is good Time for buy and hold. If you already bought it then don't be panic. For making your loss recover I think buy in this market could be help your loss recover. This is really great discount.

 This is the longest dip I have experienced for steem for example. It has stayed down for long. And as long as it remains down, I will hold it with dearness and source for other funds to buy more potentially good altcoin at low price at the moment. They are all my assets, they will surely rise again. I hope. I have no mind to sell at loss especially those ones bought at high amount. I can't afford to loss that much. Hold dear.. Hold it strong. Since we've finally reached new lows, I feel that the media will start calling Armageddon on cryptos, calling it a bear market that will hold for months and what comes after that is usually the opposite!

I believe we're close to the bottom, even if it falls another 1k-2k in a panic sell-off it's not a big deal, but I don't think there are enough stupid people left who would sell at those levels.

If you sell to reinvest it's alright but I think time is not good for selling because it's more less what will you get from your selling. I think wait for some increase in the market before you sell your coins to get great profit.

Yeah you should sell your coins before the dips becomes more deeper. And re-buy again if you think that it is the right time to buy and of course wait until it pumps again. Dips are good if you have lot of patient to wait until the big pumps come

If the price keeps on falling, dont you think by selling them you are selling them on loss? Better to hodl your coins until it reaches back to the price you bought your coins in and if you have an extra money, you can always buy slowly when bitcoins price is still low so your coin holdings can be diversified.

Dont sell your coins and tokens you bought it for not selling cheap,purchase some reliable coins use the discounts but dont be greed and dont buy everything at once ,if rates go lower you need to have some reserve new purchases remember the crashdown is not the first and last one we have to get used of it.

It is either you buy the coins that are super sale or take a vacation for a while and forget crypto existed. I do this both because I am checking hot coins that got cheaper and I bought a lot and then leave the market for a short time then check again if there's a good sale.

I do agree the best rhing to do in bearish market is to hold and add some few coins with solid fundamentals if you have some extra cash to invest. selling is not advisable as we dont know when market will bounce. what if you sold your coin and suddenly market will bounce that's the worst thing to happen which you dont want to happen in your crypo investment

The market apparently is so generous to always give us chances to buy more in the dip. I think you may sell your alt coins as long as their performance is not really good to buy major coins like BTC, ETH, EOS etc. because major coins usually have better performace than other alt coins.

Only the best and wisest and the most accurate traders will thrive in times of a red market. This is the playground for the experts only. I myself will only resort to hodling in times like these. But of course, no matter how red the market is, there will still be an up and down of the prices. You could still earn from it. So you can still actively trade with a red market. Anyway, if you are not confident enough, just invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum or Litecoin or all of them and HODL.

when the price of a coin is experiencing a price drop like this then all I do is hold the bitcoin I have when I have bitcoin and get stuck at an expensive price whereas if I do not have a coin then I will buy as much coin as I can.

hold your coins and wait the price goes uprise, but its depends on your strategy you can sell your coins specially bitcoin converting into fiat if you need to expense for your daily needs, for me if i have losses for my investment in times in dip i put in my mind losses is the part as investor nothing to worry about dip issue.
