Haven't found any secure wallet (desktop or mobile) to store my monero securely out of exchange or any other web wallets.

Does anybody here have any suggestion? I am talking about storing large amount of monero for long term in secure way with full access to my coin.

Use https://moneroaddress.org/ for saving like whale and in long term, you create address and save the pk on your own. Its Offline wallet generator like btcaddressorg

But how to spend those monero when I want to in future, is there any wallet where I can put that private key or passphrase like in blockchain.info wallet for bitcoin if created with bitaddress.

Sure you can use it at https://mymonero.com/ its safe, dont save all your fund at one wallet. Same like dont put all your egg in one basket, in case one basket is drop not all egg crack. Divide your monero into 4 address or more, but make sure you have all backup for it.
