This is a very tempting prospect and I want it to be so, but it is unlikely that in a year bitcoin will reach such a crazy growth. It will be calmer for me if it grows slowly, but surely. Fast active growth implies the same decline.

The growth of bitcoin in 10 times should be promoted by some incredible event. I can not even imagine what it is. I think that bitcoin will grow seriously, but so far this figure seems unrealistic. And that will not really be, we'll see. No analyst can foresee the future with a 100% probability.

One of the telegram channel that i have joined also predicted that bitcoin will rise to 300k ~400k USD, He also sent some photos to support his prediction but for me it is too soon to anticipate what bitcoin will be, since it is very volatile it could go crash or pump.

I do not believe analysts, what they analyze - you can analyze yourself. I think that for example Bitcoin is quite a stable coin, compared to others, but no one can say what will happen to it in a couple of years.

As of now the price of the bitcoin is adecreasing and now it's already 11,800 dollars and that's good even the price derease because they have possibility the price will increase again after few weeks of waiting all we have to do is to buy bitcoin and to those people have a lot of bitcoin in their wallet is to hold their bitcoin to earn more profit. Because I believe the price will reach $20,000 -$40,000 before end of this year and I hope that really happen so we can make a lot of profit.  I don't think the price of the bitcoin hit $100k this year because that price is very high and it takes few years to happen that and the percent is very little for sure.

This crash today might put a damper on a $100,000 Bitcoin this year. I still think the price will get there at some point, but it depends on this crash and the situation with South Korea. There are also some other factors like the government tax crackdown and any other bad news that could affect the price to contribute to this drop.

Most of these optimistic predictions were released just when a great optimism prevailed around the bitcoin because of the tremendous bull run that took it to $20,000 a few weeks ago. Recently, much more conservative forecasts seem to prevail. Some of the most recent ones I have read will foresee the bitcoin price between $6,000 and $25,000 throughout this year.

To me it looks like it is heading the opposite side of 2017, it has started the year stable at 15000 dollars but now is flying on the downside and it is reminding me of the worst January for Bitcoin which was if I remember correctly in the year 2015 where price of 1 Bitcoin at that time was at about 164 dollars.

These only remain predictions as no one can manipulate the bitcoin market to make the price go up or down. I know the whales have a lot of power in their hands but I don't think they want a cheap bitcoin price.

It's not bad to get this hope, l believe also that bitcoin will reach $100000.That's l am willing to wait that time. Maybe all people around the world is a member of bitcoin already..That was  the day of bitcoin that  time that bitcoin will be recognized and famous.

I think the best we can hope for from bitcoin this year is some sideways movement. The move upwards was so quick there will be some profit taking. And bitcoin still has to resolve it's scaling issues - there won't be a big movement up till the Lightning Network has been released and proves to be a success.

I doubt it can move that fast. The main spurt was in 2017. That was too fast. Now, a slow consolidation first before any possible upside imo.
