Hi all!
Actually the question itself is clear - you need money to comply with formalities (legal entity, expertise, etc.), so - is it really possible to find an investor or investors to fulfill all the formalities for a normal company?

Yes. I see it happen. It's pretty much a requirement in highly regulated markets.
