Everytime I find an ICO with a KYC process I know that I will have to spend my time before spending my money. But lately is becoming even worse, because if something is wrong with the KYC they don´t even bother answering. Particularly Bitcoin Suisse and Onfido are awful dealing with customers, who are investors in fact. Any experiences?
