I'm totally inspired with Telegram bot platform =) Especally, with inline-bot mode. It's really handly. Customizable alerting (just like what ICO Watchdog does) is an another great thing about bots.

In case you would like to develop another bot or maybe increase a new feature in yours I would suggest you talk about Bounties and Airdrops (which is a way to get free tokens from an ICO by creating content like Facebook posts, tweets, comments, post shares, etc)

I’ve decided to crowdfund ICOcatcher for extending the team and promoting the project.

Early whitepaper

ICOcatcher token is a voting token. It can be used to vote for ICOs. Cumulative results affects initial ordering of ICO lists. The sale price will increase over the time with project growth, so early investors would have more votes for the same price or could sell their tokens for higher price later.

What’s the plan

• Deploy token, voting and sales contracts.
• Integrate voting system to the platform (website & bot).
• Come up with bounty program and promotion plan.
• Keep moving on with the development plan.

Stages

• Pre-pre-sale starts now, with simple Ethereum address. All sent Ethers will be converted to ICOcatcher tokens with 100% bonus to next stage price.
• Pre-sale starts as soon as ICOcatcher token and offering contracts will be deployed.
• Main stage starts as tokens will become useful.

I believe that any public project should be agile while keeping fundamental priorities in mind. So, mechanics could be tuned up or changed later depending on feedback and insight. But what matters most is to deliver demanded product both for people seeking information about ICOs and ICOcatcher token holders.

Scams is a really big problem. There lot of expectations that introducing regulation & laws will reduce scams amount and ICO failure rate. But it can be also fatal for lots of potentially succesful projects, which couldn't pass administrative and financial threshold at the beggining. So, voting, expertise, data aggregation and analysis are much more consistent with ICO investors needs.
