I need professional advice, ASAP, please?

Hey guys, I need a professional advice. I can't decide between two mining rigs.

First one is 6x Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8GB ~190 mh/s mining eth and it's not available atm, price will go up for alot untill it is.

The other one is about the same hash rate and it has 6x Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ 4GB. and it's available right now.

The other one is a like $400 cheaper, so should I buy first one or the second one? For how long from now am I safe with 4GB graphics cards? Thank you in advance.

When will you be able to get the rig with the 580s?  The 570s are not too far off performance-wise with the 580s, and the $400 difference in price means it would take you almost 11 months to make up the difference while mining Eth with those 580s.  Plus, you will be waiting until the 580s show up which means you could be mining now with the 570s.

I would go with the 570 rig now.
