So Cryptopia delisted DCN without notifying me in email and so I contacted Cryptopia customer service and after a week they have completedly ignored me and my ticket.

Frustrated, I began googling for the phone number of Cryptopia customer service. I quickly found the customer service number, or so I thought.

I call the number and it is an Indian man with a thick accent telling me he is Cryptopia customer service. He tells me to get my coins back I must go to a certain website. I click it and it enables him to move the mouse around and access my screen. I am getting creeped out so I make an excuse to leave. Basically afterwards I used 4 different anti virus to wipe my system, because stupid Microsoft is retarded and disables System Restore as default, because they are idiots, so I had no System Restore points to use.

Basically, this was not Cryptopia customer support at all, they have no customer support. Basically it is this indian dude pretending to be customer support of all the major exchanges. I know for a fact he is lying because he told me he would email me the steps of what I was supposed to do, and he never did.

Beware of this guy and don't ever google for customer support numbers.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
