Good that "the SEC" has power over nomore than 4 % of the worlds population. I suggest that they build bigger prisons so that they can also hunt down poker players, sportsbetters, slot machine addicts etc. First of all though, they should stop short and margin trading. That´s the only thing where the mechanics can send you out with actual debt. Now THAT`s what I call shady.

What are you talking about ? Pump and dump groups arent illegal although some of them are shady and only wants to scam you if ever you fall in their trap. mostly those paid pump and dump groups that proclaims to be premium are the ones that is suspicious. .

 Overall , i would not recomend joining these groups because they wouldnt still assure that their predictions are legit and accurate because the market is uncontralble due to their volatility.

Hes just totally saying up things without even knowing the right thing. P&D groups arent illegal since theres no such law or regulations towards this thing thats why they are rampant nowadays. As i have read up this thread each people do already promoting their scammy and shady group and for newbies out there dont easily believe to this thing because you would just waste up money.

Giving out premium signals or guarantees into its members is already a red flag for me but still there are some people who do believe and paid up for the service and later on I do see people who do regret or wining about their loss on such signal.This would really be a lesson because its not really possible for a market to be predictable, following tips isn't bad as long it would be free and not paying up for it.

Out of curiosity I tested Cryptopia exchange due to numbers of issues that has been throwned to them. I didnt have any problems at first, transactions runs smoothly until one time, I didnt recieved my deposit in my account balance and their customer support service is horrible.

This pump groups are a bunch of cheaters. Being happy earning profit from others loss, I guess these people needs to visit a psychiatrist.

You should really expect yet there are lots of groups being created either cryptopia pump group,yobit pump group, binance pump group and so on. Mostly exchanges do have only small volumes are ones who do have these kind of pumping ability yet they do have cheap coins being listed unlike on bittrex and poloniex and other huge volumed exchanges which pumping out a coin isnt really possible.
Even myself dont really see any benefit into these kind of groups but rather gives you the risk on losing money.

it is not cryptopia official pump group , i dont think any exchange create pump group by themselves .
some people made such groups with name like yobit pump , hitbtc pump group , etc ..

so all these groups are un-official , also not reliable .
