I agree that there is a bright side to this market correction.  If it didn't happen now, it would happen later and hit even harder.  And every major correction in the past has been followed by a recovery and new all time high.  As long as you're invested in quality projects that you really believe in, everything will be fine.  Just ignore your Blockfolio for awhile.

I actually start to feel good about it. Hope it weeds out all that dont care about crypto but were purely in it for monetary gains and didnt know one horseshit bout the tech or anything.

In hindsight i didnt liked the enourmous gains. It was surreal. I dont mind not having cashed out because i thought: and then what? Why are u in it? Because at this stage its nothin but a ponzi. I want to take gains when the blockchain bases companies are actually in operating, thriving.

From the start i wanted to take gains for when the masses get in, for use, not the masses that are speculating. Cause then its nothin more then another bitconnect ponzi. Lets face it. All these whales that are taking profits. I dont want to be one of them. They take ponzi money. From people that worked hard for their money. And now they lost it. Sure, panic sellers as well. But still i imagine lot of profit takers as well.

But other then that i rather have a little more stable growth and more people that love crypto. Even the useless eth token scammers contribute more to crypto then mindless investors.  

And i feel more normal again. I was gaining so much that, in hindsight, i was starting to lose myself a bit. Even my dreams and ambition.

LOL you think BTC went to $19xxx because people believed in the tech?  Delusional.  Investors + bad actors behind the scenes manipulating the price are what caused it to go 20x in 2017.

The general public cant even divide 1 by 20 and you think in a few years they will be ready to purchase, use and secure their life savings in crypto?

don't get it what's ur issue with etherium, it a good coin with a good team I see no scam in it. I'm very long on etherium and btc and even ltc to an extent

this hard price drop scares me. i want to invest in bitcoin, but the crash today shows me how instable the prize is. maybe it's a good crash for trader or something else, but new user of bitcoins have fear to lose money. i´m one of this people...  

Newbies always regret not buying bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies when they was cheaper. Now it's the best time to buy in lower price. Do not hesitate or miss this great opportunity.

There are some how good and bad points about this crash. Good for those who waits to buy bitcoin for a low price and also for traders but it’s bad for those who got FOMO when the price is really high hope they will still hold to thier investment and wait for it to rise again. Bitcoin price going down doesnt mean it is dead. It is a good thing for new Bitcoin users to have a chance in getting Bitcoin in a cheaper price. When it reach 10k USD i'll buy another Bitcoin to hold for years because i still believe on Bitcoin whatever the price is. Anyway the money that i am using to buy that Bitcoin came from my profit in Holding Bitcoin for a long term.

This is a good time to invest, not only in bitcoin, but also ICO. Bitcoin grown so fast in a such a small time, that ICO had the courage to take the opportunity and enter the market. Invest in bitcoin and the market will grow again.

I agree that people will think that bitcoin is less profitable particularly this time. Bitcoin for monetary reasons will be lessen. It just saddened me that early investors gained tok much that new adaptors lost what they have invested.
With the current price, many will be panicking and will probably withdraw now to cut off there losses.

On the other hand, I think many investors will be happy with the cheaper prices now.
But still, users will leave to cut their loss and investors will take over the major percentage in the market giving them the power to manipulate the prices.
In my opinion, I think one day soon, bitcoin will just be accessible to business investors. And other industrial purposes.
I think devs should see this now and promote it to stores as soon as possible so that users will not see bitcoin as a source of income.

The crash is good for those tho want to invest in bitcoin as of today. But it is devastating to those who invest in a higher price. So the best thing to do now is to keep calm and dont panic on this drop in order to gain something in you investment. This is also the best time to invest in crypto currency.

Yes me too. You can take opportunity in it. Specially the most recent price drop of bitcoin, if I only did know that it did happen I would pour my money in it and wait for its price to climb again then start selling it.

It really is good, after the price rised up to 20.000$ in december it had to crash because the price eas very high and there was a big mess on the whole market. Anyway the price always go down at the beginning of the year because at the end of the year it goes up.

It is a good moment to buy some coins and hold them until the end of the year because the price will surely go up in future. The price of bitcoin is low at 11.000$ and if we check that last year progress from January to Dcember we can see it went from 1000$ up to 20.000$. Of course I dont think it is going to happen the same thing now because that would mean bitcoin will reach 200.000$ wich is huge but still I think it has the potential to grow up to 50.000$ .

It seems like it was inevitable. The market was crazy going up hill super fast. It was bound to come back down to "normal" levels, right? before it goes back up again. As long as the overall trend for 2018 sees a nice gradual increase. We will be find. Just sucks for those of us like me who go into crypto three weeks ago. But my DeepOnion position is still up by a lot. I got in at a great price. But the rest of my coins are shot lol, and my overall porfolio is in the negative... lol but not worried.
