Even if the price is low, you should not rush to buy some kind of coin. Let your thoughts be unaffected by coding prices. You should consult the information and make sure you understand the nature of the coin.

Do not let others influence your thoughts because you are the most trusted source of information.

If you really like the idea of investing, be sure to talk to your team, the community and the development team. If the community is large, at least the coin assurance you are investing is greater.

If the investment idea is good, but the support team is not good or too small, the high possibility of coin is not well developed.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Overall, I would say good advice.  But it is very generic.  Of course it comes to the individual to make the decision of what to do with hard earned money.  Someone taking random advice on a whim is never good financial advice. And the other side of this is don't invest what you can't afford to lose. Then you will never be in a bad spot.

unfortunately in this market too many people just want to make money and do not elaborate on ideas. The very idea of blockchain seems, for many, sufficient to justify all their "investments". Until now all the investments have gone well because the market has globally increased (and not by little). But the day will come when the bitcoin and many other ALT coins will have to deal with the only coins that will have future. Only that day the ideas will become important.
For now everyone feels like traders, entrepreneurs, bursars, and visionaries...
We look forward to the future and try to get the most out of the present

Investing in worthless coins or projects that may look legit or profitable may ruin you too, is really hard to know what to do..
